What is it: Provides users the ability to select their own language and content (menus, headings, labels, user entered data, etc.) will be translated into their own language.

Why do I need it: Ensures granular level security and facilitates SOD through third party solutions. Even user entered data like describing an Issue will be translated into the language of the user real time. So you can have Japanese, German and English comments all on the same Issue and all users will see all content in their native language.
