The Ascendive Client Collaboration Platform (CCP) provides a solid foundation upon which we successfully execute our projects. It is a core component to our project methodology, and its use significantly reduces project risk.

Ascendive's CCP not only provides real-time access to project information, it provides it to the direct project team, the client's management team, and my management team that are not on-site. We have both the CSS and client resources "live within CCP", resulting in a reduction in untraceable/unorganized emails and other communication, and simplified direct assignment and tracking of responsibilities, due dates and status.

At any time day or night, I can check on the status of any deliverable, project testing cycle, and development items. Ascendive's CCP also provides us the ability to forecast the possibility of missing deadlines before that happens, so we can adapt and adjust to keep the project on-time and on-budget.

For all of these reasons, executing a project without Ascendive's CCP is not an option for us.
