What is it: Define the Project metrics you want to monitor over time and do period over period reporting. For example, get the % complete of Test Scripts daily and the % complete of Business Process Approvals weekly. CCP will then, on a scheduled basis, take a point in time snap shot of all those metrics and make them available for reporting in future periods.

Why do I need it: Allows for a graphical representation of work completed for every reporting period that you define. This can be used for burn-down charts for development, earned value for project finances and literally hundreds of other report metrics.
